Alina -New Better Satan joined Sztorm in 2019. She graduated from the Fine Arts High School in Gdynia, so art has always been with her, but instead of painting or drawing she chose tattooing. She started out as an apprentice and quickly became one of the people who shape the character of our studio. As she says herself – tattooing gives her more freedom and authenticity.
With Alina you’ll find mostly black and strong contrast. Bold lines, solid fills, simplified form. Tattoos without compromises, without unnecessary decoration. If color appears, it’s only as an accent – never just for the sake of it. The themes? Trash, anime, magic, sex & violence. But also occult, mythology, fantasy. That’s the world where she feels at home.
People come to Alina when they want more than just a “pretty picture” on their skin. They’re looking for character, strong atmosphere, a tattoo with attitude. Usually these are clients who already know that a regular tattoo isn’t for them. They want something original, one of a kind. Very often they pick from her flash sheets – designs she regularly posts on Instagram.
Even though her work carries a dark vibe, Alina herself is far from the stereotype of a “devil.” Instead of a stiff hello, you’re more likely to hear a simple “elo mordo” (Polish slang for “yo buddy”). She’s professional and focused at work, but also empathetic – she can calm a client down, give advice, help with decisions. Getting a tattoo from her isn’t just about the final result, it’s the whole process that feels good.
Alina spends a lot of time creating her own original projects, but outside tattooing she’s all about pop culture – games, anime, true crime podcasts, sci-fi and horror movies. She also dives deep into mythology, legends, occult themes. And you can clearly see all of that later in her tattoos.
